OnBrand24 went north of the border last week to participate in the Dx3 Conference in Toronto, attended by several hundred exhibitors and companies.
The show, now in its second year, focuses on digital marketing, digital advertising and digital retailing. It brings agencies, brands, publishers and retailers together for two days to network and do business.
A sampling of the sessions: “5 Things You Have to Know: Content Marketing,” “The First Kilometre: Building an eCommerce Back End That Sets You Up for Success” and “Focus Groups Are Dead: Using Digital to Test and Gather Insights.”
The OnBrand24 booth enjoyed a steady stream of visitors from Canadian companies to examine how our call center services capability would fit into their digital marketing strategy. We discussed not only inbound call center services, such as customer service, order processing / order taking and help desk; but also outbound call center programs, including B2B lead generation, appointment setting services, customer win-back, inside sales and customer surveys / database scrubbing.
It’s also worth noting that Toronto is an impressive and growing city, the fifth largest in North America, a cultural polyglot and the hub of Canadian commerce. Torontonians are unfailingly friendly, polite and welcoming. And Canadian companies are, naturally, eager to expand into American markets.
